CONSUMER EXPERIENCE MAP:
Harris Teeter Self-Checkout

Summary

A one-page experience map that captures the emotional state of a user through an essential interaction with a brand. The map shows a user’s lasting attitudes and opinions about the brand and highlights the best and worst parts of the experience.  This particular Consumer Experience Map analyzed Harris Teeter's self-checkout system. I interviewed consumers, and constructed the layout and design of the final visual report.

CONSUMER IMAGE-IDENTITY GAP ANALYSIS:
Starbucks

Summary

Collaborated with team members to analyze primary data collected from interviewing Starbucks employees and customers for the purpose of identifying brand image gaps between internal and external Starbucks stakeholders. I constructed the layout and design of the Image Gap visual final report.

INTERNATIONAL MARKETING:
New Country Product Launch Analysis & Plan


A three-part International Marketing term project requiring research and analysis of launching an existing U.S. product into a new foreign market. Part 1 is an Opportunity Analysis of five different foreign markets and the selection of a target country. Part 2 is a Cultural Analysis of the target country, including the marketing implications. Part 3 is the culmination of this research and analysis into a final Product Launch marketing plan.
